Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,

As we embark on a new school year, I want to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to each and every one of you. It is with great enthusiasm that we open our doors for the upcoming academic year, ready to embark on a journey of growth, learning, and community together.

We are aware of the challenges and scrutiny from past media negative coverage of our district. This year, we are dedicated to turning the tide and showcasing the positive, dynamic environment that defines the Brookfield School. Our commitment to equity and excellence drives everything we do. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where every student, parent, and teacher has a valued voice.

At Brookfield School, we celebrate the diversity of thought and expression, recognizing that our differences enrich our learning community. Student safety and a passion for learning are at the core of our mission. We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication between school and families to ensure that every voice is heard and every concern is addressed.

Our goal is to create a school where both teachers and students are excited to come each day. We strive to foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere where our dedicated educators love to teach and our students are eager to learn.

Thank you for being an integral part of our school community. Together, let’s make this school year a memorable and successful one for everyone involved.

We encourage everyone to become a part of this dynamic school family. If you are interested in becoming a member of the PTO or our Brookfield School Council, please contact the school at 508-580-7257.
Warmest regards,
Michael A. Smith

Important Changes to the 25-26 Academic Calendar

Due to extensive cancellations this winter because of weather, the district is amending the academic calendar so that April 3 (Good Friday) will be a full day, and so that school will end on Friday, June 26. The last day will also be a full day of school rather than an early release day.
